Meetings Management

Meetings Management is designed for Teams to become more effective in their meetings by giving tips to shorten meetings, take notes, brainstorm, and learn how to complete any follow-up items.

Participants complete a pre-program survey to determine which meeting skills they do well and which skills they could improve in. By the end of the program, participants will learn tips to improve in these areas:
Active Listening
Mind Mapping
Using Visuals
Leading a Meeting
Guiding Discussion
Taking Minutes
Preparation and Agenda Setting
Follow Up and Reporting


You will be able to learn what to do before, during, and after meetings to maximize your results.
