Selling With Style In Selling With Styles, participants will learn how to interact more effectively with customers and colleagues by using Social Styles. They learn to identify and appreciate behavioral styles. This program also focuses on how they become more versatile by adapting their behavioral style to those of other people. A pre-work assignment collects data to provide participants with feedback about their social style and versatility. Through trainer-led instruction, video examples, and group interaction, participants learn about the dimensions of human behavior, the four social styles, back-up styles, and versatility. Role plays and small group activities provide skill development in a sales environment. Participants also gain personal growth strategies.
