Closing
Techniques
Closing is a critical skill in selling. In this program, participants
learn to detect and interpret customer buying and warning signals.
They will learn how to use these techniques to successfully
close a sale.
In this four-hour module, there are fast-paced instructor presentations,
video examples to support learning, and small-group exercises
designed to challenge participants. The focus is on practical
application and the transfer of new skills to the sales situation.
Closing effectively will improve your success ratio. You will
relate more effectively to customers and anticipate their concerns.
With new skills in handling objections, you find sales call
both less stressful and more successful.
