Team Fitness Builder

The Team Fitness Builder uses a 40-question survey to determine how the team sees itself. Brainstorming sessions will build off the strengths and development needs of the participants’ teams.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
Understand their teams’ strengths and build action plans to grow these strengths,
Understand their teams’ improvement areas,
Discuss and set action plans to improve in these areas, and
Develop new skills based on the needs of the team.


You will have a world class team functioning well in all key areas needed for team success.
