Value-Added Selling

Sales Representatives will define Value-Added Selling (VAS) and its relationship to business success and customer satisfaction. Through implementation of in-course developed action plans, participants will launch VAS with selected customers and agents.

This workshop will define Value-Added Selling and teach the steps required to develop a successful VAS presentation. Through in-class learning and role-play, participants will demonstrate their mastery of the process.

You will enhance your selling skills and acquire a valuable tool to gain competitive advantage. Through the Value-Added process, you will experience heightened customer satisfaction and increased sales dollars.
