By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Explain the stages of team development,
Determine the stage their team is in and how they can move toward the performing stage,
Understand the eight phases of work and identify which phase(s) each team member prefers, and
Explain how their team can better align work preferences with work requirements.
