Increasing Managerial Effectiveness is for experienced managers looking for ways to improve their effectiveness as managers. The feedback survey will highlight which skills they have mastered and which skills they could use more often to gain better results from their teams

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
Use "Active Listening" to coach their employees for improved performance;
Set individual and team objectives;
Use delegating as a source for motivating their direct reports, not a task bump;
Use the feedback from their team and manager to increase their managerial skills; and
Coach and counsel their employees.


You will save time by using more delegation techniques. Your coaching sessions will yield increased results as you use the feedback from your direct reports and your manager.
