Interviewing Skills

Interviewing Skills teaches a system of asking behavior based questions, plus many additional skills to help anyone who interviews candidates. All participants receive a copy of the Selection Interviewing Software, which will help build Interview Guides.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
Understand the role of Human Resources and their role as the hiring manager,
Screen applicants (using resumes and telephone interviewing) to select only the best interviewees,
Assemble a selection team to help interview the candidates,
Develop questions and Interview Guides using Selection Interviewing software,
Conduct the interview and identify the right candidate,
Evaluate candidates and make the hiring decision,
Extend a job offer, and
Understand the legal aspects of interviewing and selection.


You will hire the best people, strengthen your team, and follow the legal aspects of interviewing and selecting candidates.
